TruePressure ("we", "us", "our") is a free bicycle tyre pressure calculator available at truepressure.world. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect (very little), how we use it, and your rights under applicable law including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What We Collect

TruePressure is designed to work offline and collects minimal data:

• Calculator inputs (rider weight, bike weight, tyre width, rim width, wheel size, surface, tyre type) — these are processed entirely on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.
• Basic server logs — when you visit truepressure.world, standard web server logs may record your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. These are retained for up to 30 days for security purposes only.
• Contact enquiries — if you email us at hello@truepressure.world, we retain your message and email address to respond to your enquiry.

We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising networks, or third-party cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the limited information we collect only to:

• Operate and maintain the TruePressure service
• Respond to your support or contact enquiries
• Monitor for security incidents

We do not sell, share, or rent your information to third parties.

4. Offline Operation

TruePressure is a Progressive Web App (PWA). Once installed, all pressure calculations are performed entirely on your device. No calculation data is ever sent to or stored on our servers.

5. Cookies

TruePressure does not use cookies for tracking or analytics. Your browser may store cached app files locally as part of the offline PWA functionality — this is standard browser behaviour and contains only app code, not personal data.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority

7. Data Retention

Server logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days. Contact emails are retained only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry.

8. Children's Privacy

TruePressure is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of TruePressure after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
